Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped free

Every necklace and card is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping inside the United States is free.

Delivery times

• United States: 2 to 5 business days by USPS after production. Most orders arrive 5 to 9 business days after you place them.
• Canada: 4 to 8 business days after production. Shipping is charged at checkout.
• Other countries: 3 to 10 business days after production. Shipping and any import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Need it by a date?

Order at least 10 business days ahead for US delivery. If you are cutting it close, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls for more than 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us. We will send a replacement at no cost.
